Morgan and Maggie

Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny, born February 3, 1950) is an American actress from America. Through the 80s, she gained a cult following through her performances on various television shows. The actress was famous for portraying a glamorous persona. Fairchild was first noticed in her role on the CBS morning soap Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace from 1973 to 1977. She played Jenna Wade in 1978, the first actress to play Jenna Wade had done so. In 1980 she took the lead role in Flamingo Road (NBC), for which she won an Golden Globe Award nomination for the top Actress in a Television Series Drama. Fairchild also starred in ABC's short-lived show, a primetime drama Paper Dolls. Later, from 1985-1986 she played the attorney Jordan Roberts as part of Falcon Crest. Fairchild is also an actor in the theatre, and has appeared in a variety of TV comedy shows, including Murphy Brown, for which she won a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Star in Comedy Series. She is a board member of SAG-AFTRA.
